Inserted in the draft I&ES - Sustainable Innovation & Entrepreneurship, the office's online entrepreneur, is intended primarily to be a support structure for entrepreneurs. It is a project that IEMinho - Minho Enterprise Institute will promote, in order to stimulate entrepreneurship and innovation and thus leverage opportunities for individuals and businesses in northern and central Iran.

The project builds on their approach based on three sectors of activity - Renewable Energy, ICT and biotechnology - because they are considered emerging areas and future.
