Lower costs, automate processes and optimization of resources are some of the advantages of the platform developed.

The Sétima has just launched on the market a solution for businesses, schools and universities - Integrated User Management (SIGU). Reduction of costs for the institution, automation, reducing the waiting time of the student, value for money and greater availability of free e-mail (in case of lack of connectivity in the institution the services of e-mail never fails) are some of the main advantages of the new management tool.
In addition to being fully integrated with other solutions, the software has several features, including importing user data, creating new users (eg students, faculty and staff), automatic assignment of cases of e-mail, login and users, password changes and print new data access.
The School of Health Technology of Coimbra was the institution in the pilot implementation of the platform, and so far, the only party where the students have personal e-mail. The project arose from a need we identified in the market that aims to fill the Sétima, creating a new product that has clear gains for institutions.
It is a solution developed for each entity that fits the requirements and needs of each institution and is therefore expected to be very popular.
